No sale no fee HIP available through Goldsmith Williams

Goldsmith Williams can provide for all your HIP needs with a no sale, no fee promise.

  • £429+ VAT NO SALE NO FEE HIP No credit checks or upfront fees. Fees are paid from completion of funds when property is sold.
  • £249+ VAT STANDARD HIP Fee must be paid at the start of the transaction by credit/debit card. In order to benefit from these offers, the client must also use Goldsmith Williams for their sale and any related purchase transactions.
  • £349.00+ VAT HIP ONLY On top of this fee you may add an unlimited legal and administration fee for yourself.
