How We Work:
Obtain a decision in principle through our online service, complete one generic application form or submit your application online. Each case is assigned a dedicated case manager, who will process your application through to offer keeping you updated at every stage. We have onsite underwriters for many of our lenders and once your application has been offered, our completions team will liaise with you and your client’s solicitor to ensure the case proceeds to completion quickly and efficiently.

Once completed, your procuration fee can be paid within 24 hours of completions through our express procuration fee service.
In addition you have the support of a Regional Sales Manager who will also assist in case placement, update you on lender niche’s and help you develop your business within this market sector.

You can now access any part completed DIP or Application or convert a DIP to a full Mortgage Application by clicking on the case tracking link and entering your I-Map username and password.
